Its very important and fundamental to the growth of the Progressive Sports network that we recruit the right individuals to be our Franchisees.

The recruitment process will follow you attending one of our Discovery Days, and then a 1 to 1 meeting will be arranged with a senior member of the team. The process will help you and us to both decide whether you are the right person to become a Progressive Sports Franchisee.

What attributes do we look for in our Franchisees;

They are passionate about sport   

They have the enthusiasm and dedication to run their own business   

They enjoy working with children   

They are not afraid of hard work   

They have a desire to be successful   

They are well organised and have good management skills   

Good communication and people skills   

If you are answering “yes that’s me” to a lot of the attributes we have listed above, then we would really like to have a chat with you, as you definitely have the attributes to become a Progressive Sports Franchisee.
