No, the franchise can be operated as a management franchise. If you are operating the programmes, then you will require a minimum of one NGB Level 2. |

No, our dedicated franchise support team provides training in all areas of the business; delivering the programmes, promoting the business, making the right contacts, training your staff and teaching you how to maximise your profits.

How long is the term of the franchise agreement? |

The Franchise Agreement is initially for a term of five years and is renewable without further payment for a further five year period. Renewal will be on the terms applicable to new franchisees at that time. A copy of the Franchise Agreement will be made available for your perusal at a later stage in the selection process. |

Can I sell my franchise business? |

Yes, you can sell the franchise subject to certain conditions, one of which is that any purchaser must be approved by the franchisor. Your Franchise Agreement will contain all the details. |

Can I purchase more than one franchise territory? |

Yes, you can purchase more than one territory. This would be subject to you proving that you would be able to effectively run a larger business. |
